A graceful yet strong goodbye from designer Clare Waight Keller. It’s safe to say that Ms. Waight Keller closed off this chapter in her career with confidence, embracing both the old and the new with boldness and composure.
This collection stunned with reinterpreted 60s vibes – strong shoulders, psychedelic prints, and mary-jane brogues – and some 90s comebacks that have been trending on fashion weeks all over the globe, like low waists, sporty colour blocks, and girly-gone-grudge accents. All, of course, with a modern Chloé twist that gave the pieces a contemporary (rather than nostalgic) edge. Our highlights? The chic low-rise wide-leg trousers and the printed baby-doll dresses that symbolise today’s Chloé girl.
Onwards and upwards, as they say. This show has definitely left us curious for what is coming up next, both for Chloé and Clare Waight Keller.
